San Jose Woman’s Club presents
A Free Musical Recital

San Jose Woman’s Club, 75 S. 11th St, San Jose
Please join us for the 2011 San Jose Woman’s Club Vocal Scholarship auditions. Promising vocal students from San Jose State University will perform musical selections for our judges, who will announce the scholarship winner at the end of the evening.
Our judges are Susan Gundunas, Special Guest Judge, Alma Taylor, Chair Chloe Leinwand, Jeanne McCann and Vernie Mast, alternate. Special Guest Judge Susan Gundunas is a former Principal Resident Artist at Opera San Jose who teaches voice at UC-Berkeley and runs a busy voice studio in San Francisco. The remaining four judges are all members of the San Jose Woman’s Club with active interests and experience in various aspects of opera and choral performance.
